Shipping and Returns
All orders ship within 3 to 6 business days. Once shipped you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.
You have 7 business days from receiving your order to request a return for store credit or to exchange for another item with equal or bigger amount. Contact us at email@example.com and please indicate your order number, reason for return and full contact details. If the return request is approved, please make sure your items are returned unused with its original package and with all ALMADA tags attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. You will receive a return label to print and attach to your shipment. You can only make 1 return. We are unable to process money refunds, if you wish to exchange your item you must return the product for a store credit and place a new order. Store Credit available for 30 business days. Return fee is $30 USD and will be deducted from your store credit. Be assured we will offer free shipping on the new order. All returns must be sent in a flyer provided by the courier, no boxes or other packaging method is allowed. Items that fall outside of the return date are ineligible for return; ALMADA reserves the right to decline returns that have been worn or damaged. All sales are final, NO returns or exchanges are allowed. If items are returned despite this policy, they will be sent back.
